Enaleia hub, powered by BlokFlow is a lightweight traceability system we’ve designed to turn real‑world supply‑chain actions into verifiable tamper-proof blockchain data. The result is a decentralized data capture system that takes independent supply-chain partners’ entries and submits them directly from their devices to the blockchain, thereby eliminating the chance of any central authority altering the onchain data.

Use case: Ocean plastic traceability
To empower Enaleia and its supply‑chain partners to trace marine plastics from sea to finished product. It turns field actions into live, verifiable public data on a blockchain and into clear, consumer-friendly product stories.
The challenge: Opacity
A single “ocean plastic” product can pass through many hands: fishers, ports, recyclers, and manufacturers. Before Enaleia Hub, the details of that journey were mostly buried in internal spreadsheets and reports, which made it difficult for anyone outside the organization to understand exactly where a given batch came from or how it was handled. By recording each step on a public blockchain and visualizing it on a traceability map, Enaleia Hub lets partners and consumers follow specific batches from collection to product and form their own view of how closely the material flow matches the claims made about it.
Our design principles
The solution enables streamlined data capture and operates at low cost with minimal friction: no printers, scanners, or extra hardware are needed, only pre-printed QR stickers. Existing workflows remain essentially unchanged; users simply add quick scans and a small set of essential fields instead of long forms. The application runs reliably in low-connectivity ports and facilities, with all actions available offline and synchronized automatically when a connection is restored. Once data is synced, information flows in real time between partners, making phone calls and email chains unnecessary. Each action is recorded as an EAS attestation, with time and location written to a decentralized network to provide full on-chain accountability.
One simple action pattern
At every handoff, operators follow the same rhythm: scan the incoming QR, record the materials and weights, and create a new batch when something changes. The app captures time and location automatically, keeping the chain grounded in real events.
Collecting at the ports
Fishers use personal QR cards so each haul is logged consistently. Enaleia can see who collected what, when, and where, making compensation reliable while highlighting their contribution.
Tracing every transformation
Recyclers log each step: sorting, washing, shredding, pelletizing by scanning and creating new batches as the material is transformed. Manufacturers additionally have the option of generating QR-linked production batches that tie final goods back to their origins.
A public view of the journey
All these actions feed into a live dashboard, where consumers can follow the material’s path. Each step becomes a timestamped, location-aware attestation on the Ethereum network, creating a transparent story from ocean plastic to finished product. All participants, collector, recycler, and manufacturer get a profile showing their contributions, locations, and attestations created with the app.
Benefits
Enaleia Hub shows how BlokFlow can turn a once-fragmented, multi-actor operation into a system that’s clear, verifiable, and simple to communicate. By grounding every step in consistent data and transparent records, the entire program becomes easier to manage and far easier to trust. The result is a system that feels like a normal app to its users, but operates as a distributed, verifiable ledger underneath.
- Streamlined workflows through real-time capture and fewer manual steps
- Full transparency and accountability across every partner in the chain
- Auditable, blockchain-backed records for sponsors, brands, and compliance teams
- Stronger consumer confidence with QR-linked traceability pages
- Richer product-passport storytelling directly from the material’s journey
